Linda Littlefield has been a licensed attorney for more than 25 years. She serves the greater Dallas area, practicing Consumer Bankruptcy and Small Business Bankruptcy. She also practices in the federal court districts throughout Texas and the northern, southern, and central districts of California. Linda has always thought that the best part of her practice is seeing the relief of a person who just learned that they have alternatives to foreclosure, repossession, or tax levies.
Linda began practicing law because she loved helping people. In 1995 she contracted to do research and motion writing with a bankruptcy attorney in San Diego, CA. She ended up taking a permanent job with him to focus on stopping foreclosures in a time where the real estate market was in a deep recession.
It was there that Linda discovered an area of law that resonated with her strong desire to help people. Later, when she took another job at American Tax Clinic as the lead bankruptcy attorney, she learned that there were also people she could help who owned businesses with insurmountable tax debt. Since then Linda has worked relentlessly to educate and advocate for those who need help with financial issues in order get their lives and businesses back on track.
